Christianity EtcFemale Bishop Touches Pastor’spen1s On Pulpit In Ghana[photo] by Stbillion(op): 8:11pm On Nov 03, 2014
It was a shocking moment as Female Bishop
Touches Pastor’s Private Part On Pulpit In
Ghana. According to News from
ReportGhanaNews, the Pastor was preaching to
his congregation on a Sunday morning then he
ask people with health problems to stand up
and come close to touch a specific place on his
body for healing.
While everyone was touching the Pastor’s head,
shoes and shoulder; this woman, a bishop of
same congregation decided to hold the
pastor’s private area for healing.
The Pastor asked why she hold his priv’ates
and the woman said, “her husband pen1s is
not working anymore so she believes when she
hold the Pastor’s pen1s, her husband’s would
be healed.” Then the pastor shouted, hallelujah
somebody. Can you blame the lady, wasn’t she
obeying simple instruction?

Programming10 Traits To Become An Effectiveprogrammer! by Stbillion(op): 12:21am On Oct 05, 2014
programmer doesn't necessarily mean to
perform excellent coding all the time, but an
effective programmer is a combination of
several traits who have all the skills,
experience and knowledge to reach the top
ranks of the profession. Only technical
knowledge is not required in an effective
programmer. Here are the 10 traits which may
define you as one of the most reliable
programmers around.

1. Learn new technical as well as non-
technical aspects:
Programmers who learn only that much what
is necessary can never grow in their career.
Proactive learning of new skills – both
technical and non-technical – beget good
programmers. Effective programmers should
have an open mind to all kinds of sources of
knowledge.

2. Humility factor:
Humility implies all other attributes and
enables them too. For a programmer humility
means to understand the programming world
doesn't start or end with you. You should
accept that you cannot know everything and
there is always a scope to learn. Don't ever
consider yourself as expert in everything which
may just stop your learning process and
consequently your progress. So keep your ego
aside while programming.

3. Intellect:
Always try to understand a problem, analyse it
and then express your ideas in clear and
readable codes. Intellect comprises analytical
and logical mind in case you are a
programmer.

4. Be pragmatic:
Don't follow rules of programming blindly and
then only you can produce a working
application. So always explore other
possibilities while coding, moving out of the
traditional rule-book.

5. An eye for detail:
An eye for detail is a necessary requirement
for developing any software. Self-documenting,
self-testing and paying attention to lots of
detail is what you want to become a great
programmer. Paying attention to details also
means critical thinking which means you need
to examine the details of your designs and
implementation.

6. Expertise:
A good programmer should have enough
knowledge and experience in order to solve any
problem of the client in a specific context.

7. Proper research work:
To find out answers, proper research work is
required to solve the issues. You need to know
the exact way of finding answers and discover
root causes of your problems. Don't waste
your time in search engines and learn to
perform root cause analysis. Learn about the
underlying system to find out solutions.

8. Adaptability:
Change will always be there, you just need to
follow them, and get adapted as per your
requirements. Software development projects
are full of changes from the beginning point to
end. So adaptability is highly required to avoid
any kind of frustration.

9. Maturity:
A good programmer should be mature enough
who knows how to use the best software
development principles, practices and skills as
per requirements.

10. Passion:
Love your work, above and all. Don't look at
programming just as your job, but the love of
your life. You must be passionate about what
you're doing, you must be excited about your
job, the technology you're using, your
organisation, your project and so on.

PhonesRe: Tecno Phones Is A Scam by Stbillion(m): 6:24pm On Jan 05, 2014
Akby: For the past few months, they had been various stories on here about Tecno phones - its durability, functionality, reliability etc. Let me share my experience about the TECNO phone I bought yesterday.
It was a bright sunny day when I took a walk down to computer village to buy a Tecno P5 for 17,500. I was told the price is high due to the yuletide season and scarcity of the phone so I bought not minding the odds. Being a new phone, I didn't even open and test it there because the word 'brand new' means authentic and a working phone. On getting home, I gave it to my Dad cos he's the owner so we launched it. First I inserted the two sim card and on powering the phone, only sim 2 is working sim 1 is not. As an IT boy, I did everything possible with no result so I packed the phone to return to the seller. It was some minutes pass 6 so I was told computer village has closed till the next morning.
Being a phone that carries warranty I didn't even bother myself because they're going to do something about it. The next day I went to computer village to find a solution. I explained everything and the lady tested the phone to confirm thesame problem. So what do we do now? She told me there's nothing she can do unless I take the phone to Tecno office for repair. Repairing a new phone? That sounded like a bang on my head. So I went to Tecno office within computer village to report my case. The lady was like fine no engineer is around that if I drop my phone, I would have to come back Jan 24th to pick it. At this point I was like what is the meaning of all this rubbish? I even said I just bought the phone and she was like there's nothing she could do.
With this anger I went back to the store I bought the phone. Oga is either u return my money (cos I'm still with your receipt), change my phone or I involve police. She was blabbing and started shouting that she can't even change it that it's not her fault that I should go and meet 'Tecno people' I paid cash to you and not the Tecno office. We argued and shouted for almost 2hours with no result. At this point I was like why on earth am I buying a Tecno phone because I've never used it before and with this incident, I WILL NEVER USE A TECNO PHONE
To cut the long story short, my dad can never believe that the phone wasn't changed so the final agreement is that they are going to change it for me if only I'm going to pay an extra 1,500 on the Tecno phone. I shouted and shouted to the extent that people started begging me to calm, comply and go. At this point I had no option than to drop an extra money just to have my phone changed even with the warranty on it.
I consider it a pain in the butt buying a TECNO phone...
