**The Android ROM is the Android operating system. This is the User interface (Sense UI in HTC phones) and the file system for maintaining contacts etc. It is composed of a Linux kernel and various add-ons to achieve specific functionality.

While a Stock ROM is thay which comes with the phone, a Custom ROM is that usually of a higher device with better functionality ported to ur device.
All in all,a Rom is basically what defines how a phone operates & how good it'll be......

**Fifa14 needs to be unlocked,requires data ( u can check out the fifa14 thread in the game section).

Have u installed any rooted app?
You can try rebooting ur phone and installing plus u can also try getting App Installer..

I took it to slot, they told me it might be the OS causing the problem then asked me to forget the phone and buy a new one. Can the phone still be fixed?

You could try moving apps from sd card to your phone memory..

AutoWifi could also be a cause of autoreboot

Thats it... its down to either package incompatibility with the device
or screen filter applications used to
lower the device's brightness below the
minimal limit of the Brightness settings.

Also make sure to
untick "stay alive in the "generals"
option menu and see if that works....

This is an error that occurs with the Play Store sometimes after flashing ROMs without wiping data, or with an incomplete un-installation (apk corruption, etc.)

So u'll have to search the data folder on ur phone memory & look for the package name of the app u're trying to download

Example - WhatsApp wud be com.whatsapp

Delete the folder and try again (try it though this might need root)


Alternatively, Run this in adbCode ( ADB - Android Debug Bridge)

adb shell rm -R -f
/data/data
/<packagename>

Just Change the package name to whatsover the app folder in the data section is named.

Tecno devices cannot be upgraded OTA yet...so flashin your device custom rom is the best option.

You can try out Alpha Splash or Eblak ( google for details & reviews)

Your RAM would be full then..might as well uninstall some apps u're not using or select SD Card as the default storage for apps.

Know anybody with the same phone model? You could test the battery as i think its a battery related issue
