Adopting a child is not an easy thing and it needs to go through thousands of legal obligations. Though I've three kids, but still I and my wife want to adopt another baby girl so that our family will be complete. So, looking for info online and found huge. As I'm in Florida, so looking for suitable things there. I saw a huge list of Govt. regulations for this. So decided to take help from third party i.e. either lawyer or an adoption agency.

Is there anyone, who have clear idea on it and advise if I should take help from a lawyer or go for adoption agency?

I always get an engaged argument with my wife about appointing a private tutor for my kids. My belief is, teaching in school is good enough for the kids if they follow their teacher properly, then what's the use of appointing a private tutor.
