That's easy...I think he should be tied to a pole...n one reprsentative from each ov is victims family should flog him...then he should be taken to d hospital for treatment...when he's fine again...then they should start amputating him...starting from the leg..allow him to heal then go to d arms....till he's left with only his head then we forgive him...
