Goodmorning all. Please any kind Samaritan that can help me with the square meter of this plan. The square meter of the sitting room, kitchen, dinning area and entrance. I have called 2 different pop guys and dey giving me different higher measurements than my bricklayer

From your drawing the total square area is 59.96 sq.m. approximately 60 sq.m
Sitting room = 29.12 sq.m
Dinning area = 11.44 sq.m
Kitchen = 13.72 sq.m
Entrance = 5.68 sq.m

What will it cost to use upvc material to make
(1) casement windows
(2) casement windows with burglary
(3) casement windows with net:
0.8m x 1.6m = 12 (opens one side)
1.2m x 1.6m = 1
0.9m x 1.05m = 1
0.6m x 0.7m = 4 (opens one side)
