If I am right, I think a lien was placed on ur account, auto detected by ur bank because you haven't done such volume of transaction before now.. Hence the reason why its still in ur account. Block ur card using ur app if it has that feature and Visit ur branch, meet the head of operation/ customer service manager and it'll be resolved.

I can tell u with 100% certainty that its not really the fault of the bank, customers with those kind of complaints don't tell u the full story.. They won't tell u the part where someone called them, or the part where they sent a code back to a number.. Until u have been there, this may still b a bit difficult for u to understand

Bros, take it from a banker. Unless a fraudster gets hold of your card details, passwords or online banking details, there is no way they can remove money from your account. Else, the bank will be held responsible.

No one can take ur money with just an account number, not even via BVN..

there's a exception tho..
Its only possible when done 1 or 2 staffs of a bank are involved, only then is it feasible..

If there are bankers in d house, dem know that software they use to debit/credit..
