Hello. Did you finally get your refund from Access? If yes how long did it take and did you need to reach out to them to process it.

I have a similar case and want to know how to proceed. There are 3 refunds and only one of them have a ARN, the other 2 though successful didn't. None has been received and it's been almost a week since the refund was processed.

I emailed them with the ARN, it took two weeks before I got the refund. ARN must be issue by aliexpress to excalate the refund to access. But I do not know if combined goods refund will have separate ARN,

Hello guys who have had experience of canceled order on AliExpress how long did it take for the refund to hit your account balance? I canceled an order since 10day ago AliExpress provided the ARN and I messageed the BANK (ACCESS) They confirmed the INFLOW. But the money is yet to enter my balance. Do I have to visit the bank before they rectify it?

Pls my refund in access bank card, has ARN I ve contacted Access bank by mail days ago. 5 days after the refund hasn't been received. Does it take this long ?
