StreetFight: Ishaq Akintola and Femi Fani Kayode father's are good friends from pre-independence era. Femi and Ishaq have been friends from kindergarten. The two families are from Ile Ife where different idols are worship in each of the 365 days of the year except just one day. Femi Fani Kayode and Ishaq Akintola have been behaving irrational for decades, I suspect that they both ate sacrifices meant for the gods, so their madness is inflicted by the gods, so there is no cure. 😂 |

ciggy000: There was a circular where govt said they were pulling out from funding these agencies which they can't claim ignorance about. You don't set up numerous professional institutes and bodies without a funding arrangement. Perhaps they should take a clue from institute of chartered accountants Nigeria (ICAN) which funds it's activities from internally generated revenue. Akamon: Government don't pay ICAN, CIPM, CIBN and others. This Institutions are professional bodies like the ones attaching themselves to the Ministry of Health. Government earlier in the year told them to fund themselves from their membership certification and examinations levy as done by the above listed organization. The writer of this content is one sided and partially speaking to the truth. l was going to say something like the above. |

ositadima1: The CBN MPR is at 24.75% (I think ...) and banks can or do lend at higher rates. So, I see it as a strategic move by DSR to be raising more funds directly from the private sector and individuals. They can potentially get cheaper rates than what they get from banks. There are always risks though; I hope it is managed well. But they have been putting out commercial papers and they just did series 4 and 5 all these ones no do |
