I asked because the way our officials are moving to london for treatment is alarming,
or is it cheaper over there than here?

Not sure about the cost depends what you go for. It is far cheaper for people in the UK to go to Poland get expensive dental work, plastic surgery and procedures such as hip replacements done at 30% to 60% of the cost they would pay in London.
