Good Evening , I need some clarifications please. My wife (Primary Applicant) , Myself and my kid , applied for a USA visa 2013 and we were granted a 2years Visa which will expire this year April . Now we want to renew our Visa via Dropbox option but after filling the DS-160 form , I created a profile on the https://cgifederal.secure.force.com for the payment. In the drop box letter i printed i noticed i now appears to be the primary Applicant , although i latter decided to change it and use my wife profile but i was not able to use the payment receipt that i have earlier used for my profile. My question now is that does it matter who the primary applicant is , inasmuch we have been issued a VIsa once as a family.


Can i still change the profile to make my wife the primary applicant or is there a number that i can call for help at the embassy?
