Muslims and their hypocrisy! Someone should please tell us what happens at Crescent University, Abeokuta. I have a co-worker who applied to lecture there and was denied employment because he was not a muslim. When Covenant University and other Christian universities first opened and insisted that all students go to the chapel, moslems were up in arms. But when Crescent University and other Islamic based university sprang up, and decided that all undergraduates must go to the jumat every Friday, we did not hear any noise form the Christian Community. The fact is that Christians do not fight people over their properties, they will rather look elsewhere if they have objections to your policy. But not so with moslems. They will insist on patronising your business on their own terms. I know a public secondary school in Ondo State - Moslem High School, Ore where Christian students are not allowed to hold Fellowship even when the moslems not only attend jumat on Fridays, but do so in a mosque built within the school premises.

Before the university is castigated, one needs to dispassionately consider the reason given by the admission officer. Those admitted before disregarded the university rules. And these rules were known to them before they were admitted. But muslims being who they are will want the best from you (good education, peaceful environment etc) but will refuse to be law-abiding. A law does not have to be good or fair to be obeyed. Once a law is in place and is known to you, to choose to either obey it or go elsewhere where such laws do not exist. Covenant University is not the on ly university in Nigeria. For a young man who scored 295 in the UME, what prevents him from attending Unilag, Unibadan or UNN? Are there no undergraduates in these universities.

My last piece of advice: Let muslims set up more universities of their own and then admit Christians and allow them to worship the Christian way on the campuses before they accuse Christian universities of discrimination. Do not fight a man over an institution that he has established. ESTABLISH YOUR OWN!

Please I need your help badly. I already sent my documents to skull4u@gmail. That was after some earlier e-mails. I told him I was 31 but I wish to school in North Cyprus. I have an OND in Marketing and was already doing business (Building Materials). So I decided to go back to school. Unfortunately, I got a mail today that my application has been turned down.
