Position: Sales Executive/Marketing Executive
Location: Abuja and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed set targets.

Identify, engage, and manage relationships with new clients.

Conduct property presentations, inspections, and negotiations.

Work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications.


Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years proven experience in Real Estate sales and Construction & Interior design.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Must be confident, persuasive, and target-driven.

Strong understanding of the Nigeria real estate market and strategy for customer relationship strategy is an advantage.

OND/HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field! All qualified applicants must have experience in sale strategy.

MONTHLY SALARY:
N350,000.00
