We are building a business district at the Port Harcourt International airport (Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria FAAN) this business district will consist of a shopping plaza, two eateries, two banking hall spaces, a twin warehouse with offices and a lounge/bar this will be for the first phase, the second phase will be a 50 rooms 4 star hotel. Total cost for the first phase is N450 million. We need 5 partners, CofO is for 25yrs. First Bank will be bringing 10%, our company will bring 40% the rest 50% will be taken by the 5 partners, we will be able to work together for the next 25yrs.
