Amazon Web Services, the cloud computing arm of US E-Commerce giant Amazon has announced plans to establish a new edge location in Nairobi. The new addition will be Amazon’s third location in Africa in addition to the other two in South African cities Johannesburg and Cape Town.

An Edge location is a collection of physical servers within a data centre to allow for content distribution to reduce latency for end-users. They are located in most of the major cities around the world and the higher the number of edge locations the better the content is distributed globally.

Kenya is set to become the second major destination for cruise ships in Africa after Egypt. The construction of the new cruise terminal at the port of Mombasa is almost complete and will be ready for business by 1st December 2019.

The new cruise terminal will have duty-free shops, restaurants, conference facilities and offices for key stakeholders in the industry to ensure tourists and players in the tourism sector receive adequate services.

Poverty is rising in Nigeria while in Kenya decreasing, your GDP was $515B in 2013 today it has come down to $400b while Kenya has grown from $55b to $100b

Nigerias gdp per capita was $3000 in 2013 now it's $2000, Kenya was $1300 now it's $2000....who's doing better

Tanzanians are known to be the weakest people in Africa, a Tanzanian can die after 24hrs without food, they can't spent a day outside in the cold without contracting diseases like pneumonia etc, they can't walk for 2hrs consistently....lazy people who can't even engage in any kind of sports because to them getting tired is the same as getting sick...
