Fertilisan M works great to help men increase their count both in quality and quantity but its not sold in Nigeria. There are some people that market it individually, you need to search the thread for their contact by typing Fertilisan M in the search bar.

Either you go local or English, not advisable using traditional med and English at same time.
Try vitamin C 1000mg and vitamin E 1000iu daily, it helps with motility, not sure about count, I'm sure other mamas here will help.
