He was placed in power because Europeans Multi Nationals companies wanted to control the country's wealth. Resulting in over 10,000 civilians dead. Now that he's out of his 2 mandates, the thief President changed the constitution to run for another 3rd term, while in the past December 2019, he announced to the whole world that he would not be seeking reelection. This bring shame to this once know beautiful country the Ivory Coast, now that he bribing military's general to shoot on civilian protesting on the street.
In 2020, no African country needs a dictator and the country doesn't belong to one individual.
