No please. You need the texapon for a better result.

Though you will still have a liquid soap without it but trust me, it can't be as good as when texapon is used.

Please be as scientific as possible, because both the human body and the virus are scientifically wired. Don't tell us you just got some leaves, boil them, etc, and just believe it can kill the virus while in the human cells(lots of things, eg alcohol, acid, fire/heat, etc, can kill the virus outside the body/cells, but not while in the body).

I think I was actually trying to correct the Op about his use of chemical names at a local store where they will end up being confused.

Like, instead of saying sodium hydroxide simply tell them caustic soda and instead of sodium carbonate, just tell them soda ash.

I think my correcrion of potassium hydroxide to mean soda ash was because what he actually needed was soda ash and not potassium hydroxide.

You are very right about that! They actually look alike but they have different chemical properties.

Even the texture isn't just the actual difference so to say but the chemical properties, most importantly.

And if you look very well, potassium hydroxide is even more akin to sodium hydroxide in look and properties.

Honestly, it's better we stick to basic to avoid confusion.

We never even needed the potassium in the first place.
