From 5b to 36b. Who provided the bulk of the money ? Same Tinubu they love to hate. They credit Otti doing the construction all over Abia and discredit Tinubu who makes the funds available to Otti. This is total hypocrisy. Obviously, Otti would not have done one fifth of what he is doing if not for Tinubu. The real thanks should go to Tinubu. Same applies in other states.
