I'm trying to buy a motorcycle from him but I've been seeing negative comments on his post that he doesn't deliver or he do give stories and most times it takes months before they get what they paid for.

Is he legit?

Cuz these comments are looking like red flag to me, I chatted some of them and they all said the orders were delayed for months before they got it, one of them said he later refunded after going back and forth, only one person said he's bought from him 3 times and he delivered so I'm confused.
