Qualified how? Anyway lets agree with you that he is. why did the administration not ask him to resign his position and then appoint him as ED? In this way, we can take solace its a political appointment? Why appoint him ahead of his superiors? Are his superiors unqualified?

A succint article. Nimasa has long been in a sleep mode. Past officials have come to the wrong conception that it is a cash cow meant for generating revenue while its primary reason of establishment has been pushed further down the hole. Needless to think article as this would change the mindset of the government but it is worthy to write articles like this to further inform the citizens the pathway our government has decided tow.

If only they can call on personnels who feel they have the wherewithal to lead nimasa to its rightful position, vett their capacities viz a viz experience, juxtapose same with the ACT that established the agency, have them do a roadmap presentation on how to turn this agency around and make a choice among them, we will surely be on our way to the promise land. But the state would not do this, rather the choose their parochial and personal interest over the national interest. This module will never take us anywhere nigeria..

From DG to EDs, i can categorically state they are a wrong fix in this agency. May God help Nigeria!
