BA4 is the next In difficulty

Because there are no calculations
There are 85 questions
And there are mostly indirect /wuruwuru/eye turning questions

I did BA 4 first then BA3 shortly after

My eye still dey turn me sef

So look out for the following
Employment law and law of contract (you will see a couple )

Corporate governance (you go see am in numbers
But if you know your MGE of blessed memory
You should pull through)
Then the IFAC code
Ethical stance and agency problems and ethical conflicts

Just read through sha
But all those codes (IFAC code, CIMA code etc )
Pay attention

I have not stayed one year continuity in one place
What that means is that I have to fall back to my NYSC experience

That one is 12 months continuous
But that one was done in a school far far from Lagos
And getting the reference letter will be war

It's a slim chance at best

That is really my headache

I hope there is a way around the reference letter thing

what NOC are you claiming, do you have up to 3 years experience in that NOC. or you are not claiming 3 years?

But did not indicate that it was done from Nigeria (meaning by correspondence

Something in that line
So someone else who went thru the same route said he put the country as NIGERIA by correspondence
Something like that

oh i see, i didnt see that option- as correspondence there sha. But people do courses remotely all the time, we can always explain that, it doesnt render the certificate invalid. make we sha get ITA first

Please for those that have applied to WES to evaluate the CIMA BA certificate, I have questions:

1. What did you put as country? UK or Nigeria? I am asking cos CIMA na UK body.

2. Institution type?

3. Diploma/Certificate name? The name of the certificate isn’t popping up.

4. Major?

I may be wrong, but i think the certificate name is Certificate in business accounting. it wont pop up, so you have to type it in. Country is UK, CIMA will pop up in the drop down option, so select it. major is accounting.

Thankful, one more to go!!

Hi, I also have just SFM to write but what I really need is CIMA since that’s what i’ll use in Canada. I already have AOR, just want to get CIMA to help with a good job in Canada.
I was told by a CIMA rep that if I pass the SFM to finish the ICAN I only need to write Case study in CIMA. Isn’t this the best option? Is there something I don’t know

The issue is we don't know how WES will rate the ICAN-CIMA conversion with all those awoof exemptions . and nobody has done it before to tell us if it's positively evaluated.

So to be safe and fast, some of us are taking the mumu route by writing BA1-4 jeje since that one has been tried and tested.
