Well I am still expecting the cost of delivery from the hospital. The doctor's fee of $2150 is all I have paid for now. Obviously they accept international pregnant women thats why I'm here. I was informed the hospital gives 40% discount if you pay cash down.

I will advice you to do everything in your hands to eject those people out of your property, don't bother collecting another rent from them.
