Please I heard that some permanent secretaries in federal ministries are richer than the ministers because of long accumulated loots. These guys are key to unlocking the treasures of Nigeria here at home and abroad because they are proxies to siphon monies given that they are employed not appointed and therefore are neglected by the crime agencies. Since the appointment of Abdullahi Dikko by the late President Umaru Yar-Adua over 6 years ago, He has systematically enriched himself. He has been largely less concerned about the plight of we the LICENSED CUSTOMS AGENTS. As a licensed customs agent, I and all our members nationwide are fed up with the NIGERIAN CUSTOMS SERVICE. Under this Dikko administration, the level of discipline and financial impropriety has fallen fallen to the dust.

UNDER DIKKO, CUSTOMS OFFICERS NO LONGER RECEIVE SUBSIDIZED MEDICAL CARE. EVEN THOUGH THE (NHIS ) NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME FEE IS DEDUCTED FROM OFFICER'S MONTHLY SALARIES, THE CUSTOMS DOES NOT REMIT THESE FUNDS TO THE NHIS. SO THE HOSPITALS HAVE STOPPED TREATING THE CUSTOMS OFFICERS UNDER THE NHIS.
NEARLY EVERY NOW AND THEN HE DIKKO TRANSFERS OFFICER'S UP AND DOWN WITHOUT ANY TRANSPORT ALLOWANCES OR RELOCATION ALLOWANCES. THESE MONIES ARE CAREFULLY DIVERTED. HE DOES NOT CARE IF THE OFFICER HAS TO SLEEP UNDER THE BRIDGE.
LAST DECEMBER DIKKO DIVERTED OFFICER'S CHRISTMAS BONUSES ( THIRTEENTH MONTHMONTH) AND TOLD OFFICERS THAT THE MONEY WAS APPROVED LATE BY NGOZI IWEALA. THEY REST IS HISTORY.
DIKKO HAS THE EARS OF VIRTUALLY EVERY EMIR IN NIGERIA. ALL THE EMIRS RECEIVE SALARIES FROM DIKKO.
THE GOODLUCK JONATHAN / SAMBO RE-ELECTION CAMPAIGH WAS LARGELY SPONSORED BY DIKKO.
