sorry dear,d correct answer is -8/3, 243(4x+5)'-2,let 243=u and let (4x+5)'-2 =v,du/dx=0, to differentiate v,use chain rule, dv/dx= -2x4(4x+5)'-3=-8(4x+5)'-3,dont be confused,i differentiated 4x+5=4, by applying product rule, dy/dx=udv/dx +vdu/dx =243*-8(4x+5)'-3 +(4x+5)'-2(0)=-1944(4x+5)'-3 =-1944/(4x+5)'-3,wen x=1, -1944/(4+5)'3=-1944/9'3 =-1944/729,divide through by 9,ans=-8/3.
