Good day bosses in the house, I want to apply for Lithuania and France embassy is the only option here in Lagos, please I'm I to submit Lithuania application form at France embassy or still France application form ?

Good day bosses in the house, please I was previously denied by France in early 2024 due to some false documents submitted, caused by my so called agent back then.
Now I want to reapply with Lithuania and France embassy is the only place in Lagos to submit on behalf of Lithuania
