Maybe this is my first time hearing Peter being so foolish.......that project is one of the best since nigeria's independence after the third mainland bridge and lagos ibadan expressway....connecting two former capitals and linking south south to southwest, where Benin ore Road has continued to take more lives....traffic from delta to onitsha Bridge too is something else.. 1 Like |

Because we don't use prepaid meters that's why the regular rubbish you guys are doing, they are so happy using estimated billing system, they for dey beat them for street, immediately I read their 300% ish I knew that if they can't increase our bills they will therefore reduce output hence the poor and erratic power from April 1,we the band B to band E go see shege......
