firstly, they requested to see my original credentials, then one of d interviewers asked me to tell them all about myself from when i was born till now. Other questions were asked based on what i had on my cv-questions on line voltages, phase voltages, star/delta connections, electric motors etc. Mine was interactive. good luck guys

Sorry to burst ur bubble everything on that interview sheets contained columns for virtually everything u did during this recruitment process starting from ur text scores, to pft and ur timing during ur pft, and ur dress codes and ur grammars which is ur comportment during the interview and ur height to medical reports all of them are on that sheet with ur name written..... so don't say what u don't know young man.....



Your efforts from scratch are in there...... with the total score column at the end....

my friend, there were 5 interviewers, each of d interviewer had a sheet made up of 4 columns. Those columns rate ur presentation, confidence, skills and appearance as d case may be . The highest score for each column is 5 (as most ppl i saw their scores scored 4 and below). each interviewer in dat panel is expected to give a total of 20%. Now 20%*5(interviewers)=100%. At d end of each day, each candidate's scores are sumed up. Wat am saying is dat, dat sheet had no column for cbt score and pft score. After the interview, the only thing they need is just d interview score sheet and photocopies of ur credentials. u hear?

lol....... the final score is a function of ur test score points+ pft and interview ....... the best scorers will be chosen first then followed ny the odas till the states slots is filled. A frnd of mine applied..... he did his interview before the pft...... he even travelled bt they sent him a text to come back and do his pft.... wen he asked they said its a function of the final score

I know of sum1 who scored above 80 in d cbt bt did not make it to d interview after pft, i also know of sum1 who scored 62 from same state and was interviewed after d pft. Pls explain this

The criteria they are going to use for final selection is ''only your interview performance". The test score only qualified u for PFT, ur PFT score only qualified u for interview, Ur interview performance only, will qualify u for APL. I hope dis helps
