People Deceiving People

I am on update profile stage and the Nationality, state and Local Goverment keep disappearing as i click "update" and its making it impossible for me to complete my reg.

I just wanted to hear from fellow Nairalanders that applied if they are /were faced with this same problem and probably how they solved it.
