Can anyone explain how Ayo & Test Assessify are able to somehow screen out applications without any provisions made for any of the following;

- CV/resume
- Cover Letter
- Links to profiles on other platforms e.g LinkedIn
- any other supporting document.

How can you conduct a "Tech Recruitment" without actually going through any form of assessment, coding challenge or review of qualifications?
People just fill a form and somehow you have "candidates you cannot move forward with their application"?

Today makes it 1 month 4 days since I applied.

Within this time, Interswitch has gotten their Interns on board, Wema Bank has conducted first assessment for Tech recruitment.

And here we are Access hasn't communicated anything to the Tech applicants.

Wow, so no updates for Tech?

This is why HR should use Technical Recruiters. They know what to do.

I'm beginning to think the process is delayed but for whatever reason I don't know. I just hope Test Assessify are doing the needful to review applications for the Tech Trainee program appropriately and not randomly sending mails meant for other positions to "Tech" applicants.

I just realized I never actually got any confirmation mail that I'd applied for the Tech program, although, I did see any empty mail from a noreply access bank address immediately I applied so I felt well, that's at least confirmation.

I have tried to connect with a Technical Recruiter at Access Bank on LinkedIn and by the time my request is accepted, I'll request for some information about the process and hopefully get a response.

Check the confirmation mail that was sent to you after you applied, if it's entry level tech you applied for you'll see "access bank entry level tech recruitment" in the mail.

Of course it is. I received an empty confirmation mail

I don't know how this process is being handled but I think I got a wrong mail for Entry Level Recruitment but I applied for the "Tech" Recruitment.

I wanted to reach out to the recruitment team earlier today and I decided to check the forum to find out if similar applicants have been contacted.

So I may hold off and await their response. Perhaps they're yet to make any decision regarding the Tech recruitment.

Just to add to what has been said, when you get to Area 1. You don't need any cab or anything. You can walk to the old Secretariat, just ask for directions.
When you're inside ask for the 2nd gate ( or back gate), the Customs building is very close to it.

If you're staying in Jabi. From Jabi, you will see Area 1, #200 or #250. Once you get to Area 1 junction. Ask for directions to Old federal secretariat, there's a park there. Just tell the driver where you're headed, customs office old federal secretariat, they know it. Old secretariat is a common place

We can't blame them, that's why I'm trying to share the information I have since I've stayed in Abuja, and recently been there too for a while.

From Zuba, you will find a vehicle going to Area 1, from Kubwa same thing, from Jabi, Gwarimpa, Gwagwalada, from anywhere literally. All you need do is to get to junction/express and enter vehicle going to Area 1.

If by the time you get to Area 1, you don't want to follow regular transportation, there's car drop #300/400 it will take you to any destination around the vicinity.

You guys don't need to bother how far or near the place is to the venue, as long as you have cheap accommodation. The only thing is you'll spend a little more on transportation.

Abuja's road network is brilliant and you can get anywhere. People come from Nyaya/Maraba, Suleja daily to work in central areas everyday so, first settle your accomodation, then think about transportation. Hopefully, everything that needs to be done should be done in one day.

Plus wherever you are in/around Abuja, just get a vehicle going to Area 1. Then from there you can enter a vehicle to the venue
