Infinix Note 6 Complete Specifications, Features and Price Infinix Note 6 should have been released in 2018, but owing to certain issues, the launch couldn’t take place and was postponed to July this year. It is coming as the successor to the previous Note 5and Note 5 Stylus smartphones, and, expectedly, features many improved capabilities you would find exciting. As we’re currently in July, the phone launch is on the horizon. Let’s explore the specs and features this phone promises: Table of Contents Infinix Note 6 Key Specs Infinix Note 6 Design and Display Infinix Note 6 Hardware and Software Infinix Note 6 Camera and Battery Infinix Note 6 Price and Availability Wrapping up hare this: Infinix Note 6 Key Specs 6.0-inch Full HD+ notch less AMOLED display 16+8+2MP triple rear cam setup with dual flash Metal body and Xpen (AI+AR) /7.7m ultra slim design 16MP front-facing selfie camera with flash MediaTek Helio p35/8 cores/2.3GHz 4GB of RAM 64GB of ROM 4000-mAh non-removable battery Android 9.0 pie based on Xos 5.0 Cheetah 4GLTE/micro USB 2.0 Nano dual Sims & micro SD card Aqua Blue, Mocha Brown, Midnight Black Infinix Note 6 Design and Display This mobile phone comes with a metal body design that is slim and glossy to the touch. With its 7.7mm ultra-slim design, it offers that premium looks of a flagship phone. The Infinix Note sports a metal body design, making it unique from its predecessors. As regards the SIM slot, it provides support for dual Nano Sims as well as a microSD card. The earlier model, Note 5, features a glass back, supported by a plastic; however, the maker implemented some improvement by giving the Infinix Note 6 a metal body. The advantage this type of body has over the plastic body is that it isn’t exposed easily to scratches, unlike the Note 5. Infinix Note 6 features an Xpen that will come with new options, such as the Artificial Intelligence (AI) mode and Augmented Reality (AR) mode like those in Samsung Galaxy Note 9. However, it would have been cooler if Infinix included a remote feature in the pen. Nevertheless, the device is a worthy upgrade from the previous Note 5 and will be sold in various color options – Aqua Blue, Midnight Black, and Mocha Brown. In the display section, the handset comes with a 6.0 inches notch-less display. The display gets a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 px, and the phone offers you a clearer display and amazing viewing angles. It even has the capability to buffer videos in 1080p in YouTube. To provide you with more screen real estate, the manufacturer has also trimmed down Bezels and chin of this device, unlike what you’ll get from the Note 5. Infinix Note 6 Hardware and Software The Note 6 draws power from a MediaTek Helio P35 chipset that comes with an octa-core processor with a max. clock speed of 2.3GHz, which works in conjunction with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM. The handset boots Android v.9.0 (Pie) based on customized Infinix Xos 5.0 Cheetah. It comes with support for the 4G LTE network. But no information is available as of yet on the bands. Infinix Note 6 Camera and Battery The smartphone packs a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 16MP primary shooter; an 8MP ultra wide-angle unit, and a 2MP depth sensor. Turning the device over to the front, you will see a robust 16MP selfie cam with flash. Also, in the rear, there is a double flashlight for supporting picture quality when snapping in low-light situations. The camera has support for several features, including AI mode, beauty mode, portrait mode, and among others. The soon-to-be-released Infinix Note 6 has a 4000mAh battery that, according to the manufacturer, will last 36 hours. It features USB 2.0, so you be sure to have your phone topped up, instantly, under 80 minutes (1 hour, 20 minutes). Infinix Note 6 Price and Availability The Note 6 has be given a recommended retail price of N65,000 by Infinix and it will be available in retail stores soon. Wrapping up Looking at the features and capabilities of the Infinix Note 6 highlighted above and drawing a parallel between them and those of the previous Note 5, it can be seen that the former phone is a worthy upgrade over its predecessor. Like the Note 5, the Note 6 will also have a stylus version that should be called “Infinix Note 6 Stylus”. |
