Totally understand where you are. At 27 years, I was doing pretty well in Nigeria. Just got married, had a nice house, lovely car, had 3 staff and an office in Port Harcourt until my wife decided she wanted us to go live in the UK where she was a citizen. Being a patriotic Nigerian, I was not keen. Life was good here. But trust the power of a woman, few months later in was shutting up my business and relocating. To cut the long story short, that was the best decision I made. Was it tough? Definitely yes. My first job was in a factory pushing pallets for 1 year. Was it worth it? Bro, definitely yes. I lost a business and a 7 years Honda accord in Nigeria and thought I was being stupid. Today I sit with CEOs of large firms, run 2 businesses, drive a brand new Jaguar and Mercedes, not renting and am just getting started. In other words, move! |
How can I see your previous work |
