What you fail to realize is the fact that Igbo people are the most tribalistic ethnic group in Nigeria. Yoruba accommodates others and that is why you see other tribes flooding there from Lagos to Ondo, Ogun to Oyo States, etc.

Igbos are the ones not welcoming others, and they are the ones that will quickly play the victim card. for example:

You see many Igbos in other states, but you see just few people in Igbo land.
You see other states infusing Igbo people into their ministries and parastatals, but you hardly see this in Igbo land.
You see Igbo in the cabinet of other states eg Lagos, Edo and Kaduna, but you won't see this in Igbo land.
Other tribes see land and houses for Igbos, but Igbo people find this difficult to allow other tribes to thrive in their land.

Igbos are the most tribalistic tribe in Nigeria.
