lagos has been the architect of these floodings, the environment has been damaged beyond repairs. any place that should not be built on, maybe due to the natural state being wet in nature, they will landfill it gradually turning it to luxurious estates cc lekki, banana, and likes without reasoning forgetting that water will find it's way which will eventually resonate to the other parts of lagos. I think compulsory ranching of cows should be adopted thereby criminalizing open grazing because someone that can afford to procure cattles should be able to afford to put them in a ranch |
