You can actually apply for PR without the help of any agent, start by visiting engineersaustralia.org.au all the information you need is there, to assess your degree cert & you will have to write a well detail CDR (competency demonstration report).
As it stands now
Age = 30points, the moment you click 33 it will reduce to 25points.
IELTS = 0points.
Overseas recognize degree = 15points
Work experience (if you meet 3years by the assessing body = 5points
With these your points ain't enough for PR, register for IELTS & aim for at least 7 in each band which is 10points, if your point is up to 60 then you are good to go.

Most of the guardians treat all these maids like an outcast. The dont show them love. They are extremely wicked to them. Some of the maids do house chores till midnight. They dont have closing time. I have a rule that my maid must go to bed b4 9 pm at most 10pm. We eat the same food and same dinning. Call their parents when need arises.

They should travel for Christmas if you had agreed with them.
