David Mark's faction made a legal blunder that is causing all these brouhahas. Instead of going before the high court to prove why the order should not be granted, they went straight to the appeal court. When the appeal court dropped the gavel against them, they started blaming INEC and APC. Now they can continue to whip up sentiments for those who are not learned in these gimmicks of calling a dog a bad name or making a scapegoat for their blunders. 2 Likes 1 Share |

This is how some lawyers will push politicians to make mistakes. You are appealing what has not been ruled upon. It was an invitation to show the court why something should be or not. Yet they will go about whipping up sentiments because they know many are uneducated about these things. |
