my visa was denia on the 23 sep 2016 the reason is best known to the consular or may be becos i just filled the ds 160 form and the appointment date becos the people arround the embassy said the first appointment and ds 160 form i filled before on the 23 sep 2016 does not contain any of my information so that is why i refilled the form on the 23 sep 2016 so when can i re apply for the visa because my purpose of traveling to usa was for conference which will hold on 17 -19 oct 2016 so can i re apply for visa before 17 oct 2016
