I really do appreciate your candid advice .I want to give them the benfit of doubt and then apply on the 25th of this month since that is when my current fixed deposit account would reach 28days .
I really do not know if they do not like fixed deposit accounts ,but its still an account that is held with the Bank.I have searched through google to see if the Uk embassy does not accept fixed deposit but i have not seen anything like that yet .
I intend to apply on the 25th with a clearly stated letter clarifying the whole probs they indicated ,trust me to send you a copy to help proof read ,

Please i would like the house to advice me .I got admission to study at Glasgow caledonian University .I have applied twice now for a visa and i have been turned down.
The first i was told that i applied after the tenure of my fixed deposit had expired i.e my fixed deposit expired on the 26th and i applied on the 29th of december.
I then re-applied with the rollover of the investment mandate and a statement ,i was again refused stating i had an outstanding fees of 680 pounds to pay,when it was even written on the visa letter that was discount for paying full fees,the embassy also said the rollover investment has not reached 28days so it cant be considered.
My school resumes on the 25th of January and i really dont know what to do ,i heard appeals may take up to six months .Can i tell a lawyer to write to the embassy ?Or do i wait till 25th of January to re-apply to the embassy cos that is when the money would reach the required 28days.The school has given me a two weeks extension for resumption ,someone should please advice.
