4.0 Procedure for Obtaining Online Application Form
Candidates seeking admission for the HND (Full Time) orthe ND (Part Time) are
expected to obtain a confirmation orderfrom any branch of the under listed banks upon
the payment of the sum of ten thousandand five hundred naira (N
10,500.00) only.
Please note that the confirmation order must be obtained in the name of the
applicant.

(f) Enter the PIN (confirmation order obtained from the bank) and click on “Submit”
(g) Take note of the “

” assigned by the Portal
as you will require it subsequently to resume any unfinished application.
(h) Complete the form as applicable.
(i) Scan and paste a colour passport-size photograph in the space provided on the
online form.
