Haa, this is very untrue. I have been using this PFA for over two years now and have not had anything of such. For those who don’t know, a pension account cannot be closed because it doesn’t work like a bank account that can go dormant if you don’t use it for long. Moreover, you are not supposed to get an alert from your company but from your PFA. My dear, I am finding this to be very untrue. I am sure you have a relationship manager at Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers, so why not contact the person and ask questions. Moreover, nobody can deduct your money from your pension account not even Stanbic IBTC. You can contact them on their phone number - 02 01 271 6000 or email pensionsolution@stanbicibtc.com. My experience with Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers has been amazing, my 5 siblings joined the PFA this year because of their services and operations.
