Please does this include Corpers serving in private establishments or it's for those serving in a public establishment alone

Please, I was supposed to go for NYSC in 2018, during to circumstances I wasn't able to register let alone be mobilized. How do I go about re-registering for NYSC so I can be mobilized and obey the clarion call

I saw a job application online and applied for it. Luckily for me I got an invite for an interview which is tomorrow. I stay in Ogun State and I have to travel down to Lagos today, I don't want to waste time and resources. So I would love to confirm if the address is Genuine or if the company exists. I was asked to report at
4b, Toyin Street, opposite Victory home school, Unity Bus stop, Ikeja Under bridge
