I'm sorry but you are wrong. I reinstall OS 3 time but still that happening

My PC config: Intel Dual Core 3.0, 2 GB  ram, 500 GB hd, Gigabyte mother board, Window Xp service pack 2

My PC restarting frequently by itself, no warning, no notification BUT after restart it shows message that"system has recovered a serious error"

What i have done for getting off by this problem

* I have install new window xp but problem still happening
* I have changed the mother board with new one but probem still happening
* When i use others CPU with my Hard Disk, PC works well



Please guide me how i can make my pc work for me
