Buyer’s Bank sends PROOF OF FUND to the seller’s bank by the seller format given.

Seller makes available 2 million barrels of NBLCO and document the cargo in the name of the paying buyer, immediately POF is confirmed. After which the buyer can confirm his name at shell screen London or NNPC London.

Buyer paid inspector for Q&Q analysis and super cargo remain on board until transaction is complete. Buyer vessel departs to buyer’s disport.

Buyer order payment by SWIFT electronic money transfer into nominated accounts immediately product is confirmed again at buyer’s disported.

Seller releases all documents, cargo discharge.

NOTE: WE DONT NEED LC/BG UNTILL THE VESSEL SAIL TO THE DISPORT OF THE BUYER AT THE EXPENSE AND RISK OF THE SELLER.

ALSO NO DISCHARGE OF PRODUCT UNTILL PAYMENT INSTRUMENT ACCEPTABLE TO SELLER IS ISSUED
