3bedroom bungalow is 7.8m x 6m ,it has 20 partitions
Foundation---digging, pouring,cement (25bags ) sand one trip),gravel one trip)water 15 drums and Labour Total cost is 170,000

Bag of cement 1800x77= 138,600
Mouldler 77x600. = 46,200
Sand 7x10,000. = 70,000
Water 5drum x 600. = 3,000
Total= 257,800

Mould of block 1 bag go for 40,if you what sold go for 35.in the delta one trip(full loading) mould out 11 bags.if the three rooms are 12x12,sitting room is 12x14, kitchen 8x8, dinner 8x8,Dining 8x8,visitors toilet 6x3,and one of the rooms has bath tub and toilet 8x6 and central bathtub toilet 8x6.
1 bag of cement gives 40blocks
1 trip of sand takes 11cement
7 trip of sand go for 77bags of cement
Total blocks is 3080
Moulder charger 600. Per bag
Water Supply per drum 600x5

There is what i called,Environmental analysis, cross checking the soil
