lahnder: i just got the iphone 5 yesterday brand new i bought an etisalat sim for it ..after i on the phone this is what it says "Sim card that you currently have installed is from a carrier that is not in supported under the activationn policy that is currently assigned by the activation server.This is not a hardware issue with the iphone. please insert another sim card from a supported carrier or requst that this iphone be unlocked by your carrier." this is the information i got...thanks

I've called ccare but the solution they gave (switch off and on) didn't work.pls help cause browsing with Edge is really slow.thanks
