Apparently, apple hasnt blocked IOS 7 from unauthorized usage. Just shift and update with the correct IPSW and you should be fine. |

I just updated to iOS 7 beta 2 using the OTA. It updated without any issues whatsoever. |

i just got the iphone 5 yesterday brand new i bought an etisalat sim for it ..after i on the phone this is what it says "Sim card that you currently have installed is from a carrier that is not in supported under the activationn policy that is currently assigned by the activation server.This is not a hardware issue with the iphone. please insert another sim card from a supported carrier or requst that this iphone be unlocked by your carrier." this is the information i got...thanks |

If u can afford d factory unlocked, better for u. If u want to use chip, u can't use etisalat. It only works with glo mtn airtel. When u bought it, hope they told u it's locked. If they didn't, u have the right to go back there and tell them it's not unlocked. |

tumababa: but it wasn't locked when they sold it was it? They must have unlocked it so that it can be used on another network. Why not give the customer the unlock code at the time of sale? |
