bharnjey: The question isn't vague @al. Nobody will tell u 2 discuss a challenge in an event/church/anywhere...that's how d question comes: what are your challenges? That's y its called an interview, its ur ability to understand, analyze & say wat d interviewer needs 2hear.

I wasn't saying they are going to tell him which challenges to discuss. It was merely a simple example. Moreover, its stupid to just ask "what are your challenges?" the question usually goes like - what challenges have you faced in your previous employment or any other position you held, say in a society. If the person don't have alot of experience then he can talk about organizing an event etccc...

You can't just say what are your challenges??? except the interviewer is following up on a previous question then I understand. Though I see your perspective.

Maybe you should attempt to answer the question too.

Everything is not about Goals.... If Chelsea wants him, who are we to argue. The company is a professional football club - Its like arguing with Shell for employing an individual. Its obvious that they needed him.

Your question is abit vague. Your challenges would depend on "where" - i.e. whether in University, formal employment or maybe organizing an event ( Church gathering, football match etc). Once you identify the location of the challenge, then you can elaborate further. Lets look at organizing an event... "it takes a lot of planning and communication and teamwork to make it successful. We even have applications like Microsoft Project solely geared towards planning a project.... blah blah.

You already shown the person that you can communicate, work well within teams, leadership, responsibility etc...
