I have edited this story for better understanding.
Crime / Who Can Interpret This Dream by superemmy(m): 8:14am On Sep 06, 2023
In my dream last night, in a world not too dissimilar to ours with a village like town on a hilltop. I met two people trying to kill each other.

People were dying indiscriminately and they had shabby buildings. The lady and the guy I met who looked European (white) were trying to kill each other yet they liked each other. They were arguing with weapons like knives and a club but it seemed more like a lovers spat. I asked them whether they liked each other and I excused myself from the argument for them.

It seems killing things or dying is normal in this world. Anyways there was a cause. In every house, there was a coffin of at least one dead person. I noticed the blacks (African looking) there built their houses with cements and everywhere looked ghetto-like, poor, unpainted and lacking any form of furniture or aesthetics while the whites (European looking) used unpainted bricks to build their houses. Even though they too were neighbours with the blacks (African looking people), their houses also had no furniture or aesthetics as well looked poor but not impoverished.

As I was about to leave, I pointed to the ghetto like area and asked whether only blacks live there? And they answered me with, whether I know nothing about the world.

I left and as I was walking through an open field, I saw a piece of paper moving, it was shaped in the form of a white handkerchief. I was instantly prompted to chase and retrieve this paper at any cost but the wind blew it in such an unnatural manner that no one could catch it. I had the assistance of a new friend who together we chased this paper till I caught it with my left hand. This paper is the paper of death. I had a flashback that a bunch of sheep were chasing the paper across the field into the town where it entered people’s houses both the blacks/whites and claimed at least one life from each house. I can’t remember if anything was written on the paper but I can remember the name of the paper is death god. I gave it to the white lady I met in the beginning and I was wondering whether I should have picked it up in the first place or left it to continue its purpose. She was also wondering as well.

I woke up
I forgot to add that when I woke up my left hand was still feeling like an electrical current was passing through it. My sleeping position was comfortable and I didn’t have any cramp or wasn’t sleeping on my arm

When I tell people here that their tribal hatred is inconsequential in the face of them traveling out the country. Nigerians won’t understand.

What other countries look at you as when you’re out there is Nigerian, they know no tribe or ethnicity. Till there is brotherhood and oneness, this will continue to happen. So sad

Not really, there's always the thrill to hunt and kill something, and if you can't get what you want, you go for something near home.

The people eating those off things do so with great courage that's disguised as confidence and it has to be group thing to be edible.

That's why they often combined it with kainkain. You no fit eat many of this things publicly. You will always scare people.

Ajegbodo nweni kunra.

bro have you seen an ape live? They look and behave like humans, the smallest monkey looks and behaves like a human being not to talk of this size... I could never, not in a million years...

Even after using a toothpaste, I still blow it up with my mouth to maintain its form factor.

I hate seeing it compressed and squeezed.

I’ve been doing this since I was a kid. That’s just me though. Maybe I’m weird

Was the beating right?
Why should be raise his hand on another man's daughter because he has no job?

Were you there to know whether he beat her. Women are always fond of exaggerating their own stories

if you like beat your wife, you will sleep in cell for days. If your wife is too naive to stand for herself your neighbours will do that for her free of charge.

Keep defending domestic violence

Why are you dramatic? Where have I defended his actions if they were true? I only asked her for understanding!

Sometimes I wonder if most of you are literate enough.

The arrest is right. It has halt the intensity of the situation that was physical violence based and could have ended up in a murder.

Do you know the husband? Do you know the wife?
Are you 101% sure the story is accurate?
Are you so sure as to one side of a story to pass judgements?

You can’t just sit in your house behind the comfort of your keypad and say what is right and wrong when you’re not part and parcel of any involvement in the event.

And I can see that I'm coversing with a woman beater, sooner or later you will learn manning up mentally is inevitable too...😂😂😂

I can sympathize with your point of view. Jumping to conclude that I'm a woman beater or in support of one shows how most women are guided by emotions and not proper logic and reasoning.
You will grow up one day.

So what? We're talking about an ungrateful husband beating up his wife and you're deviating from the topic by bring up things that do not correlate with the discussion at hand.

If you have nothing more to say, go to sleep.

I've been reading your comments...

People like you make bad wives. You probably lack empathy, understanding and communicative skills. I'm very sure you aren't married or not in any significant relationship. Not that I support gender based violence of any sort but your response reeks of mental immaturity...

Things can be resolved with dialogue... Grow up

Their is no other solution, better divorce is sorry ass. good women don't last, na where una for dey say all this kind fish brain men dey marry self. I am sure you saw his character earlier and decided to marry the idiot you call a husband. See i am a man and i can tell you categorically that man you call your husband is seeing you as the witch that made him to loose his job and a man like that can never, i repeat never ever make it in live again. what kind of a man that can never pick himself up, he is a lazy dull brain idiot.
And for your information life is too short for you to come and use it to experiment one one idiot who doesn't appreciate your effort in trying to support him one bit.

Let the idiot not forget it, you all supporting the lazy simp should all have your heads examine, i pray your sisters and daughter get married to a man who will treat them the way OP husband is treating her and let us see if you all will still support idiot,,, Ndiala lots.

Honestly sometimes I wonder why Nigerians are some of the most uncultured and obnoxious people on the planet.

Where did you see my support for the husband? Why did you have to call out members of my family?
I only asked her to understand her husband's frustration and you're taking things out of context.

If you are really cultured and educated with a degree of considerable exposure, your response would be insightful but it's a shame. I'm even ashamed of replying you.

It's a clear case that your husband is going through depression and transferred aggression.

You should have just left the house for him with your kids to stay with your parents.
Laslas you don show am say you get power with the arrest. I can't judge you though...

But the man will never forget it.
I can't say whether the arrest is right or wrong. We live in an era where spouses kill each other.

Just understand he is frustrated...
