hello exp BOMANY, The card can only be activated in gtb nigeria atm machine, and the daily withdrawal limit is just 100k, so if you send it without activating it, it is also useless to whosoever you sent it to, cos I use ma dads own in ukraine, and I even shop in pos with it, as long as I know ma pin no probs,
