My Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) application was returned claiming that i did not summit the following documents;
IMM 0008 ‐ Generic Application Form for Canada
IMM 5562 Supplementary Information: Your Travels
IMM‐5406 Additional Family Information
Schedule 4: Economic Classes ‐ Provincial Nominee
Schedule A: Background/Declaration

But when filling my application form online i did not see anyplace where it was stated that those forms should be scanned and uploaded.
Anyone that has filled the form before should please put me through because am planning to re-apply.
