Good day guys, we hope you arehaving a wonderful and pleasant day, don’t get yourself down because of the recession;it is one of the best time you can make it and be successful. So habouring hatred for your country or the government is not the best thing to do now, just find a way you can get yourself on the fast lane and live a better and happy life. So, our alphabet for action today is “I” which stand for “Instinct”. Instinct: is just like a signal that strikes your mind about any decision or moves you want to take. It is like the power house that born the hatred in you, or that make you to achieve greatness, it also help to determine whether you are strong enough to overcome anyfailure that comes your way. So as to make you master your emotion, for strong defence of your decision and have the courage and the boldness to take a step forward, to affirm that you can step and move to the success line. “Trusting your instinct” is one of the most famous quotes you have ever heard. But how worthy is your instinct to be trusted, hope your instinct is of the good side and not the bad side. A lot of people believe that instinct is always right. Before trusting any instinct you must be sure your mind and emotion are working perfectly well. Let me illustrate this with a player who want to kick a penalty; The player is trusting is instinct to play the ball to the right side of the goal post while the keeper will also be trusting his own instinct to also jump to the right side of the goal post, if the player plays it to the right, and the keeper jump to the right and save the ball, then the goal keeper instinct is right, while the player instinct is wrong. But ask yourself this question; Why his the player instinct wrong and the goal keeper instinct right? What happened in the above illustration is just the best example of a pure instinct. Instinct without doubt, when you turn your instinct to certainty, when you gave your instinct 100% assurance of what the outcome of anything will be. Instinct is a natural feeling that comes to someone through a pure mind. But can you learn instinct? Can instinct be teach by any teacher? The answer to these two questions lies in your thinking. So, I will have to fall back to our school system again to put out their fault in training us wrongly on not to follow what our instinct isgiving us. To my good readers don’t think I am laying too muchemphasizes on school, I just see it as one of the system that is destroying us and killing our business brain and talents. In school, there is nothing like instinct, you either follow the teachers guide and curriculum or you fail and get out of school.Why must school curriculum eclipse instinct from their study.Without instinct their can never be talent, without instinct people would never have the feeling and passion to create any talents. Instinct is one of the great tools that push us to our successful planet. Following your instinct is great and good to follow, but always make sure you have pure mind before you do so. As for me, I have my pure mind, I follow my instinct, though I might not be as successful as you might think but I am making a very good use of my instinct which have taken me to where I am today. Welcome to Nairaflowtutor, as we keep working on our Alphabets for action, we hope everyone is following and gaining one or two thing from the website. We are here to share our knowledge with you, so that we can both benefit and live a successful life. Greatness can be achieved when you take a great decision. We will be moving to the next alphabet which is “H”. Though it is a little bit difficult for me to find the perfect words for H, but I later find words that almost everybody react to almost everyday but not knowing how much this is affecting their life, H stand for Hatred. (H) Hatred: People go against the principle of the universe almost every day without them knowing, Hatred is one of the thing that iskilling and affecting a lot of things within us. Hatred had killed a lot of talents, habouring hatred had killed a lot of successful business and upcoming talents. The word look simple but it implications can ruin the entire world. Hatredis an evil you must fight your conscious of before you can be successful. Hatred need to be tackle no matter what it takes, you must used your emotional mastery to fight out the virus of hatred. You must be wondering why I am emphazing on hatred. Why must you hate? Does hating someone bring joy to you? No matter the reason you must have, never hate a human being like you, by hating someone you are creating problem for yourself, which gives you times of thinking of another person success withoutfinding time for yours. The best time you can do good things to yourself is when you are free of hatred in your mind. But to kill hatred, we must first kill some of the system that is injecting the word to our own system. Weare breed to hate each other in school, because the moment you declared someone as the Number one and the other has the last, then hatred had begun. I always asked my friend this question? Why must they rank first? I don’t think we need to declare winner and loser during learning, the only place winner and loser are declared is in competition and learning is not a competition. Learning to me isthe act of training people to acquire skills and knowledge soas to be able to impact positive ideas to their environment. So, I am not categorically declaring war against the school system, but I am giving them some sign on how the school as killed a lotof talented Nigeria and make them to habour hatred to their fellow friends just by declaring them a loser. Hatred is a powerful evil tool, the word should not exist in our world, wemust find a way of killing it because we are not born to hateeach other. I remembered when we are little kid; I think that was primary six. Though, almost all of us are brilliant but we have kids that are called the smart kids, which are put on a separate row, the average kids are put on a separate row while the dull are put at the last row. Our teacher then, focus more onthe smart and the average, leaving the dull completely out. That is where the hatred started. The pupils they termed with the evil word dull started tohate their friend who they are in the same class with since Nursery classes because the teacher called them the smart kid. Everything can never go well with those kids because they have already demoralized them, unless on special occasion will those kids rather lift their head up. Although some kids learn slower than theothers, even some kids cannot even understand how to do simple mathematics equations but calling them dull developed the hatred monster in them. Let us find the right words, I mean the right things to tell them and help them develop their talent, so as to help develop our country. The word HATRED is a big evil to our good inner motives, so let find a way to delete it completely out of our system, so as to live a successful and happy life. Hello, hope your day is going fine? Though my brain is not working very well today but I’ll be courageous enough to do something worthwhile with my time which implies- I’m taking our last letter of discussion into action(C= Courage). Be courageous enough to take a stand today.YES!! Today’s alphabet for action is interesting and seriously calling for our attention and action. After been courageous what next? This a critical question and I beg you to permit me to have right to myown opinion for this moment.Defence: In my little research onthis piece, I get to know that there are much opposition against your dream of doing something differently. Your society want you to follow a particular route to your destination but deep within you, you believe in discovering or even creating new road, new link, new route to your destination but perhaps your society disagree with you- they want to force you, bend you to follow a particular trend. In times like these, what do you think should be the next line of action? Hmm, permit me once again to use an analogy: let go back to history in year 2007-2013 when Manchester united were able to keep Vidic and Rio Ferndinand as center defender- that team was tough and every football lover can testify that the combination of both player in the defense line is awesome. Why? Because these are players that psychologically understand the role of defending one’s goal against the opposition. The truth must be told your opposition never means something well for you- they don’t want to see you flourishing, at the same time they want to kill your own dreamand force you to live their own dream that’s why at times they force you to do a course or engage in a job, that doesn’t interest you.But there is one opposition in Nigeria today that is frustrating our defense line as a student and if we don’t join hands to arrest this opposition she’s capable of destroying us and make our life miserable; that opposition is school grade, I mean your CGPA. This point has done more harm than good to our students, it has successfully kill the giant in some of our youth, it makes our country less productive because some of our youth enthusiastically go to school with the hope that they’ll become a better person after undergone the making of school which they called undergraduate program but the worst thing ever in their life happen to them in school, where they were judged by their level of cramming and reproducing what is been crammed. They were harass mentally by condemning them for taking time to master a concept and explore new things. They were punished in school for thinking outside the box and that’s one of the reasons why I hate school.Now, how can you stop this opposition? Always be ahead of opponent’s next move! How do Imean? You are probably through with your degree program; please do not attempt going for master (postgraduate)you don’t need it. Why do you want to go for it? Probably, you may think having master’s is going to be an additional advantage in securing good job.Hmm, it is a big lie; infact it is a disadvantage to have master’s because you tend to equate certificate to education.What you should be doing: you should be ready to tackle Nigeria school system by proving them wrong over their judgment that you are not worthy in learning. You can do this by helping your community in solving a problem, by startinga new business that could create job for your friends and family. By positioning yourself well for opportunity that will come your way. You should be brave and unafraid of your decision of not accumulating certificate. You should take control, you should take charge of whatever happen in your life. You should work on yourself on having good concentration skill.Thank you for your time.We love you.
